Not sure, which is better, but I prefer doing cardio because it keeps me moving, gets my heart pumping, get me out of bed and give me a lot energy. Everything starts like an engine.
That’s really up to yourself and what you think is better for you. If you’d like to do cardio and the morning and get all sweaty, go enjoy that! If you’d like to do more mellow exercises so you have some energy left for the rest of the day, that’s also fine! Do what you think is best for you.
I prefer doing cardio in the morning, I get up before the sun and most people so it gives me a chance to just be with myself and power through a 30 minute run.
