How do you manage to do long exercise sessions in the morning, is it before or after breakfast?

I usually do excersie before breakfast, i think its better because yo can start your day with energy and motivation. At the middle of the day you can feel a little bit sleepy but it depends of how you do your routines and the type of the diet you have.
