In the evening sometimes I feel tired and irritated, how do I think tomorrow is another day and I’ll do my three actions of the day to start all new?

Focus on the positive. Think of three good things that happened during the day. Or maybe meditate, go for a walk or something else that helps you feel more relaxed.
