Im wondering during Meditation do you keep your eyes open or do you close them? And which one is better in your opinion ?

Most teachers present both as effective options for meditation.

Personally, I prefer my eyes closed during sitting sessions. When I *do* keep my eyes open (usually walking or other moving meditation), I lower my focus point so that my gaze is downward.

If it feels right you can also blur your focus so that you can better quiet your mind for observation.

I always close my eyes during meditation as I've to focus on my breathing and thoughts.
After meditating then rub hands and put on your eyes for few seconds. Then, you will feel so relaxed at that moment.
