I’m pretty picky which I’m try to change but in the meantime I need a good quick breakfast that I can grab and eat fast before school and keep in mind I’m only 11. What can I make?

You could do fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola. These things are fast and healthy. I like putting berries or apple slices in a bowl with 1 cup yogurt and 1/2 a cup of granola. Yummy breakfast. You could also do bananas and beanut butter, or make toast and put mashed avocado on top.

Try boiled eggs with pepper and salt and bread toast or cereals and milk or pancakes are good too but if your in a rush fruits are my go to breakfast

Yoghurt and fruit is easy and healthy – blueberries, raspberries and bananas are my favourite but the beauty is you can mix it up so it’s never quite the same. Add nuts (walnuts are good) or seeds for extra oomph and a drizzle of honey for a treat. In winter months porridge is a good option – takes 2 mins in the microwave and you can add the same fruit etc…
