I’m looking for a whole body exercises that will support my pelvic floor muscles… Got any?

I am not much of a professional when it comes to training a certain body part, but I have had some experience with trying out new body movements. Hope to help.
Here are some movements which I think will help the pelvic floor muscles.
Trying hip opener exercises like the frog pose, butterfly hold. Progress through these by starting with low intensity and gradually increasing the stretch and duration of hold.
Cat cow position including exercises could also help like the single leg lifts, sideways leg lifts and donkey kicks.
Hip thrusts, yoga asanas like setuband, ustrasana could help too.
Listen to your body as you try out new things. Don’t overdo any of it.
