I have been walking first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up. I feel good after each and every time. I usually walk around my college campus or two laps around my student housing community. This usually takes me about 15-20 minutes to walk. Is that enough time or should I be walking for longer periods of time?

Honestly, you should walk as much as you want. If you feel good, that’s all that really matters; good on you for moving your body!
