I’m having a hard time to sleep. Sometimes I would take an hour laying in bed doing nothing before I could sleep. What should I do to make myself sleep easier?

Hi! I tell you that I also had this problem since I was little. Nowadays I don't have any problem with sleep u know why? MEDITATION!! It really helped me to sleep well. I use the app FABOLOUS or WYSA. thay have such a good meditation for sleep. Hope you will try!
