How to go to bed early time even if your not tired any suggestion is welcomed

Some ways to relax you into falling asleep earlier are to limit your screen time on your devices, drink tea, do light stretching/bedtime yoga, listen to a sleep story, meditate, listen to calming music, read a book, or try not to eat right before going to bed. I also recommend participating in the better sleep challenge on fabulous. I’m currently doing it and I seem to feel energized from going to sleep earlier.
