Yes, i do have it recently actually, i figured out that exercise pr any kind of physical activity makes falling to sleep much easy. Create cozy warm atmosphere, do a breathing seasons and release all tenses on your face. Imagine your dream and while immersing in it you will fall a sleep š best regards Nick

I never had to deal with sleep anxiety but sometimes I can't sleep because there are so many thoughts in my head going around. If this is happening I try then to focus on my breathing and listen to calming nature sound. Like rain and my breathing will be long and slowly inhaling and exhaling.
