I used to struggle with this, too. I found that it helped to have a “Good Morning” playlist with music that was upbeat, happy, and made me smile and want to dance! I would turn on that playlist as soon as I woke up and it made doing my morning routine so much easier!!!

Not a motivational tip but a self reflection tip.
You need to ask yourself if you are okay with the way you feel before doing yoga or exercising. Then ask yourself if you would prefer the way you feel after doing those things, then make a choice.
I always reward myself first with the outcome before I get it done, I imagine how strong and capable I feel after doing yoga or dance for example and I immediately go for it. Hope this helps🙏🏼

Sometimes it helps me and gets me motivated to work out is Setting up a nice space of where I’m gonna do my exercises. Maybe for you since you’re doing yoga you can create a space with maybe some plants some candles make it special so that when you wake up to do the exercises, you know that you’re going to be doing it in this inviting space.
