Exercise is part of my morning routine now thank to the Fabulous App. Sleeping early and waking up early has helped me in following through with my morning routine. I now wake up at 6:00 am in the morning, drink water, meditate, exercise for at least 30 min after which I continue with the rest of my tasks for the day.
I find my time to exercise by waking up early, before anyone else in the house is awake. Since everyones asleep, I can take my time doing my morning routine, without having to crunch of time and worrying about everything. It gives me an hour of peace and tranquility when I can just focus on me.
Sometimes I count my “exercise” as like walking down the stairs a few times or doing like 3 squats. It doesn’t have to be extravagant, it just has to get your body moving.
