When you're self-employed; you are your product, you Are the brand. You constantly edit portions of your personality that aren't working, changing yourself to fit the cituation. I'd say self-reflection and improvement are constant because liking yourself is liking your product. They are not separate. But you can control that by self-reflection and conversation. Control what you can and that's you.
