How do i fit studying and exercising into an after school evening?

You could study first, if you start early you finish early. Try to finish studying at around 8-9pm, but make sure it’s at least half an hour before your bedtime. This way, you always have time to exercise before going to sleep. Say if it happens for you to study until late, you can at least do a stretch in bed before going to sleep! Hope I helped ❤️
