If I can’t fall asleep a few nights in a row, is this because I need to change my sleeping habits, or because my body simply doesn’t need as much sleep as I’m trying to give it?

I am not sure and have struggled with this myself recently as I tried to change and better my sleep through fabulous. Instead my sleep got worse. I am not sure if it is because I am trying to go to bed earlier than I need. Last night I went to bed a little later and overall had a way better sleep experience .
