Eat a banana before you go to bed and drink some soothing night time tea with lavander or chamomile in it. A good healthy night time routine will help as well, start to wind down an hour or so before you want to sleep. Try to stay off a screen, or set your phone to filter out blue light in the evenings. Meditation can help with sleeping deeper too!
If it’s to noisey try earplugs they will block out any sound that can disturb your sleep or try a black out sleep mask eliminating any light that will keep you wake and focused. …I find this especially helpful as my husband watches tv before bed lol x
There are many ways to answer this question. One way may be to limit your screen time before bed and having a ritual before sleeping to tell your mind that it is time to go to sleep. Another way may be to not eat anything 1-2 hours before going to bed to make sure that your body digests all the food you’ve eaten before bed. It may be a good idea to make sure your room is cool as you fall asleep because I find that I frequently wake up in the middle of the night sweating.
