Ideally, do you rotate the exercise routine weekly or keep a regular comprehensive routine daily?

I rotate my exercise weekly because I have found in the past that if I don’t and I do the same exercises week in and week out I give up where as if I change what exercises I’m doing each week I stick to it.

I rotate it weekly so I don’t get bored and fall off the wagon by doing the same thing day in and day out I prefer to switch it up.
