1 egg milk salt mushed banana honey/ a little bit of sugar half a teaspoon mix together healthy pancake mix. smoothie banana spit Banana a little bit of maple syrup milk chia seeds blend together so good trust me. Chia seeds are great because you can make chia seed puding and smoothies with it. (Is healthy )
