I work very early in the morning and usually don’t have time to make breakfast. What are some things I can prepare the night before with the same nutritional value as eggs and such?

I think a mix of oats, fruit and plain yogurt is always a good choice! It's delicious, easy and you can prepare it the night before, just make it and put it in the fridge the night before and then it will be ready for you to eat in the morning! Or you could even make a smoothie and leave it in the fridge for the morning
