Overnight oats! Prepare the oats in a bowl with milk like you would to make porridge, then add your bits and bobs. I add a big dollop of peanut butter for protein, chia seeds for more protein and fibre, and then I put it in the fridge. In the morning, the milk has been absorbed by the oats and you can eat it like muesli. I stir in some jam to serve.
