I usually don't have time or I procrastinate to exercise in the mornings.
I could do exercises in the afternoon but I feel it's better to start morning with fresh exercise!
tip: try to see your exercise routine like something good for you, that helps you but not like a punish or like “ oh, i have to exercise…”
Find your own way to make it funnier for you and enjoy it 🙂
