I usually don’t have enough time in the morning for excercises but I do later in the day. Is that a problem?

Tailor your exercise time to your natural schedule, that way you are not trying to swim against the tides(natural work schedule) but just flowing with it.

I would like to wake up earlier in the mornings and sleep much better.
I usually don't have time or I procrastinate to exercise in the mornings.
I could do exercises in the afternoon but I feel it's better to start morning with fresh exercise!

I usual prefer to exercise in the morning but sometimes I couldn't find time to exercise in the morning then that day I'll exercise in the evening, do a very short workout session

No, it is not. Nowadays lots of people don’t have much time in the morning before going to work, or going to school. Just try to get a time each day for yourself, you deserve it. Maybe in the launch time, or before going to bed, it doesn’t matter. Get only a few minutes for yourself to make your exercise, listen your favourite songs or read a book that you like πŸ™‚

tip: try to see your exercise routine like something good for you, that helps you but not like a punish or like β€œ oh, i have to exercise…”
Find your own way to make it funnier for you and enjoy it πŸ™‚

Not at all. However I do recommend that you at least do a few stretches before starting your day just to wake up your body and get your blood flowing.

Try to wake up in the morning like 30min earlier to make to time for it. It is better in the morning because you just started the day, which will make it easier to do it; remember to celebrate for doing a excerise. If not possible decrease the time of excerise until you can make time for it. This is just a suggestion, also I don’t your exact circumstances.

it's not a big problem but it needs to be fixed. That's why you have a routine, to fulfill it. so if you don't have enough time in the morning, just do a warm-up, and at the end of the day the proposed exercises.
