I have been exercising for while now daily but I have not seen any decrease in my weight. What should I do to overcome this problem?

Well YouTube always has good yoga tutorials, all for free. YogaDownload App is another great resource with tutorials and great ratings of 4.5 stars and 50k + downloads! Yoga- Poses and Classes is a free app that includes nutrition plans in addition to yoga classes for all levels, with a 4.3 star rating and 1M + downloads! I hope this helps!
