I try to eat a healthy balanced breakfast but I’m a creature of habit and always eat the same thing: honey bunches of oats. It’s almost like I’m addicted. If I don’t have them my morning is incomplete. Any advice on how I can still get my HBO fix while working on a more balanced breakfast (without eating too much or over eating — my appetite in the morning isn’t usually that big).

I drink my healthy breakfast in the form of a smoothie. This is what I suggest. First a smoothie with healthy stuff, then HBO, which you will likely eat less of, because you are full of kale and blueberries (for example).
