I struggle with exercising for multiple days in a row. Any tips?
It’s common to struggle with exercising consistently for multiple days. Start by setting realistic goals and gradually increase your workout frequency. Consider creating a schedule that includes shorter, enjoyable sessions to build a routine. Incorporating variety in your exercises can also keep you motivated. Remember, consistency is key, so focus on making exercise a meaningful part of your daily rituals. Celebrate small wins to reinforce your commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
Start with one thing you can commit to everyday- walking the dog, a specific stretch, pushups- but just one thing. Its easier to commit to if it’s just one, and you can add things as you go. Make sure to listen to your body through- some days the best thing for your body may be to rest!
Start small. Like 5 minutes and then build that as a habit. With time you will incline to do it longer because it feels good and you will feel good hence it will be easier than to start implementing a full exercise routine that’s hard from the get go.
