What should I do when I don’t feel like exercising?

So lazy people hate to exercise if they are not in the mood to do the exercise they can play some songs like Energetic ones and have less screening time that's all I know to be honest actually this works for me

You should take a short break to connect with your body. Make some breath exercices and let the air making you fullfied. After you try this, can continu the exercices you didn't feel.
