I usually don't stick to a particular exercise. I keep on changing my workouts day by day. I just follow the first exercise video which I find on internet. I am a student so I don't get much time in the morning to exercise so I exercise at evening or whenever I am free. I makes me feel much better! On holidays I exercise in the morning.
I like to do sit-ups, push-ups, and planking at the end of the day, just before I shower. I also like to use a miniature stepping machine, as it’s convenient to store and an exercise that is easy to zone out while doing and listen to whatever I choose.
I jog in the morning for 1 hour or approximately 7 kms. Post run, i do some body weight exercises to complete my morning fitness routine.
