I have a to do book that I keep several lists in. For example I have a list for personal to dos, one for my school work, one fot my kids. I go through each list frequently every day or so and pick the top 5 things that need to be done that day. If I have an extra 10 min I go through and find 1 or 2 things that I can check off my list quick. That way I have the most important things on the top of my mind for that day but i can still see what elae needs to be done quickly.
