I llike writing to do list. But when I haven’t finished them, I feel a bit anxious. But I guess maybe anxiety is not always a bad thing, it can push you forward somehow. What do you think?

Actually, it is not necessary to take stress or feel anxious about the things that have to be done written on the to do list.You should give yourself a little bit of time and make your mind feel calm . You can also try meditation. BUT yes from Your point of view it is also good if you procrastinate as it hepls a person to do his/her tasks fast. but lot of anxiousness can also harm our body.
