I hurt my left lower leg when walking , in back , wonder what stretch to best do in order to get normal leg movement again ?

If the pain is persistent, you should see a doctor. I have two calf stretches that I like: 1) Stand facing a wall about a foot away from it. Place both palms of your hands against the wall at chest height. Step the tight leg straight back about a foot. Keep the heel of your back foot on the ground, bend your elbows and lean your body into the wall. You should feel a nice stretch in your calf. Hold 20-30 seconds without forcing, then release and shake out.
2) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Lift the leg that is tight and step it forward onto your heel. Lean forward bending at the hips and, pushing your hips backward, bend your standing knee and reach your hands toward the instep of your extended foot. Grab the instep if you can, or grab your ankle or your calf. Hold for 20-30 seconds, and repeat on the other leg. This is even better and deeper than the first stretch.
