I have some days where I have time to do a nice long workout, about one hour. I’m looking for a quick 10-15 minute exercise for my “off days,” any advice?

Try yoga with Adrien on YouTube, she has short sequences which are always great, toning and relaxing at the same time 🙂

If you are into yoga, try yoga with adriene on youtube, there are playlists like 'yoga 5-10 mins', 'yoga 10-20 mins' on this youtube channel.

High intensity interval training, or HIIT, is a way to fit a great workout into a short amount of time. It involves doing an intense exercise for a short time, maybe 20 seconds, then taking a short rest for around half that time before moving onto the next exercise. There are lots of great resources online and in apps for creating HIIT workouts. Good luck, and keep up the good work!

I would say go for a brisk walk outside. The weather is beautiful nowadays so you will enjoy it very much, the fresh air, the cool breeze, its sunny too so you'll enjoy it.

Marine try a stress relieving yoga routine. There are a bunch on YouTube and they are a great way to reset not only your body but also your mind.

Try a HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercise. I like to use Darebee.com. They have lots of free exercises pre-made.

It depends what you want to achieve! Strong resistant training? Or cardio?
For incerasing your heart rate: burpees, jump squats, bicycle twists, jumping lunges
For strengthening: slow, deep squats, and 15min Pilates core focussed workouts – there's heaps online!

Try "HIIT", it is meant for shorter periods of time but helps you push yourself and you still get an effective workout. Alternatively, you could try a quick yoga session to help you relax or gain muscle or whatever your goal is. I use an app called "Yoga Daily" and I find it really helps!

Lots of cable networks have OnDemand workouts that are easily accessible and short. You can also review workouts on your smartphone. I enjoy my Samsung health app and they sync to my watch. I really like having a coach and timer when I'm crunched for time.

A great, quick exercise I do on the weekends is pilates because it's relaxing, it stretches out my body after a long week, and there hundreds of videos on YouTube to follow.
