Grand rising, Fabulous user. I used chat GPT to craft several plans based on my needs and the one I’m currently using helps immensely. It only contains specific exercises I need for my physical fitness test coming up soon. It incorporates “8-Count bodybuilders”. I have never done those. At first it was hard, of course, yet surprisingly doable. Maybe I didn’t give myself enough credit but I am impressed with my results so far and the new movement I’m capable of doing.

Working out or just walking makes me feel much more energetic for the rest of the day. Because I don’t have the time to go everyday to the gym, some days I just take a 30 minutes walk and usually just that improves positively my mood.
