I have never been an athletic or health-driven person. Sometimes I let my past stop me from making progress now. How can I accept the fact that what I was before does not influence what I am capable of now?

You need to remember the past is not the present. Mistakes you made then do not define you now. I made the mistake of thinking that. To change your life, you don’t have to change who you are, but the way you react to situations, the way you get things done, and the way you treat yourself and others.
