I have health issues which means I occasionally suffer from nausea in the mornings and breakfast doesn’t feel too appetizing. Does anybody have recommendations of the best foods that may help in the morning and give me energy?

Drinking water in the morning, eating a banana in the morning. Try drink ginger tea in the night. Ginger is very good for nausea

Maybe try fruits or vegetables or something easier to digest than other breakfast foods, troubleshoot some foods and see if you can find one that works with ur condition and stomach, you got this, you can find something great to eat that agrees, don’t be afraid to experiment between different foods maybe even keep your palette more open and try more foods than you normally would as to find ones you didn’t think of or think you’d like
