I have been meditating for some time but still struggle to focus at times. What can I do to stop myself from being distracted?

My honest answer is to just continue to meditate even if it takes you awhile to get into focus. Cause I also struggle with the same problem as you when I’m meditating and I have found by just constantly doing meditation and not worrying about how long it takes for you to get into focus you’ll eventually get it.

You probably hear this a lot but it helps to focus on the breathing and what I like to do is take in shallower breaths to narrow my focus
