I usually take a break from writing. You could take some time off, so some body movement to get back your motivation. The try saying a sentence into your audio recorder. You can transcribe it later. Sometimes it’s easier to come at it from a more rested place.

You can either try another method. Ie recording your voice or filming something, or, take a breath in instead of out. It’s been said that creativity is breathing out, and it’s important to take a breath in and refill your cup.
