I get lost when I run because I space out. So, keeping my running routine when I travel and don t have a safe route yet can be a challenge. Last time I did that I got lost for 8 hrs in the hills of Barcelona having run out of water and GPS within the first 2 hours. How do you set yourself up for success while preventing getting lost when out of you habitual context?

I often daydream about my goals and how I would feel when I complete them. It keeps me on track and focused on what I am working on. I also have a virtual and physical vision board of what I want. I look at them every day or several times a day to remind myself what I want for myself. Also meditation helps as it gives me time to talk to me and see where I am at.

i think that all you have to do in this situation is to run to knows places, like the principal street or just few streets to be safe and to keep with you a bottle of water and to get reperes anywhere you go and it will help you alltough you have or not your phone with u. And another tip i have to give to you is to explore the city on google maps before you start to run
