I find it hard to stick to one thing, how do you decide what is your go to exercise?

I have found that is most motivating to you is the best. For me I found a free community exercise group and having other people to join and be accountable to is exactly what I needed to become predictable with exercise. Otherwise find an exercise that makes you feel happy. Do you love running or dancing? Do that as your exercise and it will be much easier to convince your body to do it.
