Like which type of trip, when I 🧘♂️ it is like I forgot about everything and jsut imagine a world with beautiul green trees and a beautiful river and birds singing. And it js pretty enjoyable

When I meditate and feel odd I don’t force myself to continue, sometimes it may be because of staying sit all day or not having enough physical activity that your body cannot stay rested any longer and wants to move. I stand up and do 1-5 mins energise exercise and make sure that heart beats became fast enough, then I start my meditation again.
