10 minutes, using the Medito app. I'm on the open awareness section of their meditation course now – it's challenging, but very rewarding when you manage to crack it.

I often meditate about 5 minutes a day. And it helps me a lot in focusing or trying to calm down whenever I need. So if I have time, I will do it twice a day: in the morning after wake up and before going to sleep.
I usually meditate about 15 minutes at night before going to bed. You can meditate for even just 5 minutes, or half an hour, it depends on you. 🧘
