How do I access the visualization meditation? When I am not in the routine how do I go back?

Just find yourself relax and listen to inner side. Practice breathing and cleanup mindset. The key point is feeling and getting control back to self.

If you go to where "Meditation" is listed in a routine, even if you've already done it just tap on it and it will bring up ALL the meditations if you scroll down

You can go to the “Launch” button at the bottom of the screen and then “Make me Fabulous.” You should be able to select the Meditation section to access all of the different programs.
