slow and steady wins the race, invest in a night light or a candle and put it in the hallway so you can still see the light but it won’t effect your sleep. Then slowly but shortly attempt to survive one night without it and you’ll see it’s not such a big deal.
You must try to sleep in the dark, my recommendation is drink tea before you lay down, listen to relaxing music and relax yourself, step by step, you will do it.
I used to have the same problem, but you just have to try little by little. My suggestion is to try sleeping 15 minutes earlier than last night ❤
