I am terrible at concentrating, specially because of the internal negative self-talk. How do you postpone or eradicate altogether the negative self-talk during deep work sessions?

Try to acknowledge the feelings that come up, even the negative self-talk, take a moment to be kind to yourself, and then direct your attention back to your work. Practice this over and over until the negative self-talk becomes less frequent/quieter, as you replace them with kindness to yourself instead.
