How to stay consistent with writing and tracking progress?
To stay consistent with writing in your journal and tracking progress, establish a specific time each day dedicated to this practice. Start small by setting a goal to write for just five minutes daily. Create a comfortable, distraction-free environment that encourages reflection. Use prompts or questions to guide your writing, and celebrate your progress regularly to maintain motivation. Remember, consistency is key to developing this meaningful daily ritual that supports your personal growth.
When I have “Good Days” I will tend to follow my routines, like writing in my journal, and every time I get my Math Test back, I’ll always go though it and figure out my mistakes, in my mind I’ll automatically alter my thinking patterns for problems similar to it. (Or I’ll write down a guide to solve it correctly.)
