How to motivate yourself to do “that one exercise” you hate?

Think of "the bigger picture" of how the exercise will benefit you now and in the future. The pain of doing it costs less in terms of what you will gain! 🙂

Prepare the things I needed for it previously, such as music playlist, the place I am doing it and sometimes I set a motivational song from the playlist to be the ringtone of its alarm 😉
