How many minutes should I try to run?

Try to set a short goal that you can easily achieve, five minutes. Then celebrate. The next day, raise it to 7-10, or something a little farther that you can reach fairly easily. Don't forget to celebrate. Do a little dance, sing a song, pump your fists in the air whatever makes you feel good. After that, keep raising the bar and associating your exercise with positivity. As long as you feel comfortable doing that. If you feel like you cant take it anymore just stop, the only thing that matter is to actually enjoy your time while you're exercising.
