How to focus on breathing without mind wandering elsewhere?

You can't just focus on breathing, as you put so most of the time the mind will wander. The key in this is to realize you're wandering and gently come back to breathing. It's a slow process but the more you practice, the more you'll be able to notice, and more you'll be able to focus on breathing. A.k.a. live in the present moment. Hope this answer helps 💖.
