Sometimes intentionally setting aside the time to do said task(s) will help, or if you still don’t feel the urge to sit down & do it you can use the pomodoro method: 25 mins of task(s), 5 min break; otherwise environmental factors may help like music, lighting, place of focus, etc; hope these tips help, I know many will tell you there are surefire ways to get a task done, which is not true because there is a system -specific to you- that you can learn & build based on your own tendencies & habits that only you know; good luck!!
