I think it depends on a lot of things in your life. For me, I’m a student so I have to leave the house by 7.20 but I also like to have a shower in the morning. This means that wake up at 6.20 and then get ready and have breakfast at around 7 – 7.05. But on the weekends I normally sleep for another hour and a half and I just eat my breakfast within 20 mins of waking up because I won’t shower until after. I guess it also depends on how hungry you get during the night, when you last ate and how much. I for one can’t go very long in the morning without getting hungry hence I eat within an hour of waking up. So it depends on: the things you want to include in your morning routine, what time you have to start work/school for the day, when and how much you are the night before. As long and it flies within your routine I think it’s not one size fits all!
