How regularly should meditation be practiced to feel the benefits of it?

Anytime you meditate there is something to be gained from it. It doesn’t matter if you do it regularly, haven’t in years or it’s your first time – there is an experience of mindfulness waiting for you. The act alone, of taking the time to care for your mental space and clarity, is an act of love that teaches your mind a willingness to improve. Ultimately, I recommend a daily practice – it will strengthen those mental muscles of quiet focus and awareness, and soon you’ll find yourself entering meditative states naturally.
