How often do you write in your journal, and what time of day?
The frequency and timing of journaling can vary greatly from person to person. Many find it beneficial to write daily, ideally at the same time each day, to establish a routine. Morning journaling can help set intentions for the day, while evening journaling allows for reflection. Ultimately, choose a schedule that feels meaningful to you and supports your self-care journey. Consistency is key in developing this healthy habit, so find a rhythm that works and stick to it.
I write evening before I go to sleep. Thinking about my day, and what made me happy. Sometimes I write what made me laugh, nervous, sad, but I try to think about happy moments.
